Does Feng Shui really add value to a property for sale?
At a time when so many properties are on the market and buyers being
very selective, it would be good to look at Creative Visions’ history.

he started, the owners brought in an upper end realtor for a preliminary
estimate. She examined the property and the home and said $800-850,000

(that included everything but the exterior painting) and had the house
ready for market in three months time. The owners then took bids
from three realtors and put the house on the market for the middle
bid - $1.25 million. The house sold, full price, in 40 days. 65K
